Big Easter Weekend

Saturday, we went to the Farmer's Market and came home with things to plant in the garden.

I got my herb garden squared away, and Daph added some decorations.

Then, she made a big sign for the Bunny.

We were all tired, so we took Uncle Jeff downtown for dinner.  LBC has really good shrimp and corn chowder, and the best cheesy sauce ever for fries.

Sunday, we all got our Easter baskets.  Mine was awesome - thanks, Kev!  Then we had Easter Breakfast Tacos, and spent most of the afternoon playing outside.  Kev set up an egg hunt.

And we played baseball and cornhole.

It was fun to have Uncle Jeff here, and sad to send him off (in a surprisingly fancy taxi) to DC.  Looking forward to seeing him for lunch later in the week.

Dinner was grilled cedar plank salmon with couscous and asparagus on the porch.  This springy weather is so great.  I hope it sticks around for a while.  It's cool in the mornings, and warm (but not hot!) in the afternoons, and we can play in the yard (no gnats) and eat on the porch (no mosquitos).  Spring is awesome.

I hope your Easter weekend was a very hoppy one!
